CoderCorn operates codercorn.com as a remote-first digital studio working with clients globally and providing web design, web development, managed hosting, and SEO services. Privacy questions can be sent to hello@codercorn.com.

Information we collect

When you submit a project enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, company or brand, project type, project details, the page used to submit the enquiry, and any information you choose to include.

Our website and service providers may also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser information, security events, timestamps, and server or access logs where needed to deliver, protect, and diagnose the website.

How we use information

• To review and respond to enquiries.
• To discuss, scope, and deliver requested services.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
• To maintain business records and meet applicable contractual or legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

Forms and third-party processing

Project enquiries are processed through Web3Forms. hCaptcha helps protect the form from spam and abuse. These providers may process form and technical data under their own privacy terms. Website infrastructure, email, analytics, and security providers may also process limited information where they are used.

PageScore diagnostic requests

When you request a PageScore diagnostic, we collect the submitted public website URL, email address, optional website goal, consent choices, and limited request-security information. We use this information to run available technical checks, prepare the diagnostic, communicate about the report, prevent abuse, and administer the request.

PageScore uses Cloudflare infrastructure, Google PageSpeed Insights, Cloudflare Workers AI, and Web3Forms. Google PageSpeed Insights processes the submitted public website URL to analyze site performance. Cloudflare Workers AI processes the technical and site information needed to produce the AI-assisted portion of the diagnostic. Web3Forms processes the submitted email address, website URL, and primary website goal for PageScore lead and report communication. PageScore does not use Gemini or n8n.

PageScore request and report information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to prepare and communicate the diagnostic, maintain relevant business records, prevent abuse, and meet applicable obligations. The technical-result cache does not include the submitted email.

Website Diagnostic requests

When you request the paid CoderCorn Website Diagnostic, we collect the submitted website URL, your name, work email, optional company name, primary concern, the reason given for the review, and any additional context you choose to include, all processed through Web3Forms in the same way as other website enquiries.

Payment for the diagnostic is handled separately from the request form, through the payment method active at the time (a hosted payment link or manual payment instructions sent by email). This website does not collect or store card or bank account details.

Website chatbot

The CoderCorn website chatbot stores conversations so it can answer questions, keep context across your messages, and support a request to be followed up on by a person. Contact details (such as a name, email, company, or website) are only stored if you voluntarily provide them in the conversation. Conversation content may be processed by CoderCorn's configured AI infrastructure to generate replies, and, where you ask to be contacted, an email notification is sent to CoderCorn through Brevo. The chatbot is not a substitute for a human representative, and messages sent through it are not a confidential or privileged communication. Conversations are kept only for a limited retention period before being deleted.

International processing

CoderCorn works with international clients and service providers. Information may therefore be processed in Pakistan and in other countries where our providers operate. Data-protection rules may differ between locations, and we use providers and access controls appropriate to the service being delivered.

Retention and security

We retain enquiry and project information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, deliver services, resolve disputes, or meet applicable obligations. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legitimate record-keeping and legal requirements. Contact hello@codercorn.com with your request.
